The U.S. and International Marriage Records, 1560-1900, about Jennet Halstead reveals that she married Lawrence Towneley in 1597. From this union was born seven known children: Lawrence Townley; Margaret Townley Elizabeth Townley; Alice Townley; Ellen Townley; Anne Townley; and Mary Townley.
