p.245 - To all Christian people to whom these presents shall come, I Abraham BARNES of St. Mary's Co. in the Province of Maryland send greeting, whereas my bro. Richard BARNES late of Richmond Co. in the Colony of Virginia, in his lifetime duly made his last will...whereby he appointed me...his whole...ex. and whereas the sd. Richard BARNES soon after making the sd. will died, and I the sd. Abraham BARNES have refused to accept the said executorship and have never acted therein.
