Jeff Stewart officiating. Burial will be in Newton Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Kuykendall died at 5:10 a.m. Thursday at Life Care Center of La Center. A lifelong resident of Bandana, she was a member of Providence Baptist Church and volunteered as an election poll attendant for several years. Surviving are her husband, Woodrow Kuykendall; a son, Jerry Kinsey; a sister, Ruth Fondaw; a brother, the Rev. Billy Holt; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lube Kinsey; six brothers; and one sister. Her parents were Lee and Eliza Sharp Holt.
