      IN THE NAME OF GOD, Amen. I ANDREW RUSSELL of the County of Westmoreland labouring under an indisposition of body but of sound mind & memory, do make & ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament, bequeathing my Soul to Almighty God in hopes of eternal salvation & committing my body to the Earth to be burried in a Christian like manner at the discretion of my Executors hereafter mentioned, And as for what worldly Estate it hath pleased God to bless me withal', I give & bequeath it as followeth
      1 It is my desire yt: all my just Debts be paid especially that one to ye Estate of ye Revd, JOHN BAGGE, late of ESSEX County deceas;d;
      Item. I give unto my belove Wife all her right of Dower;
      Item. I bequeath unto my beloved Children, FRANCIS & ANTHONY, all ye residue and remainder of my Estate of what kind or nature soever to them my sd. Children & their heirs forever. it being my desire yt: all my land be divided between them as my Executors or the Survivor of them shall think proper regard being had to ye quality of the same:
      Item. It is my desire that all my money debts & the nett proceeds of my Lobo: debts
      twch: I should have shipt, for Great Brittain or disposed of in ye Country as my Executors see fit) be laid out in purchasing of slaves for ye use & behoof of my beforenamed Children
      Item. I constitute make & appoint my well beloved Wife, PENELOPE, my Friends, JOHN ELLIOT of Westmoreland, EDMUND BAGGE of ESSEX & JOHN COAKE of STAFFORD Counties Executors of this my last Will & Testament. In Witness whereof I sign & seal this my Last Will &Testamt. this 13th day of April 1727
